Meet The Speaker

Chris Miller, PhD, PE

Dr. Christopher Miller, the founder of Fontus Blue, Inc., is an Associate Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at The University of Akron and a registered Professional Engineer. With specializations in drinking water plant treatment optimization and water quality modeling, Dr. Miller seeks to support water utilities so that they can produce exceptional water for their customers. His technical contributions have been recognized, including membership in The National Academy of Inventors. Additionally, Dr. Miller proudly served his country for thirteen years in The United States Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant.
